Intelity Partners with Acuant to Further Streamline Guest Check-in and Mobile Key Delivery

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Acuant, a global provider of identity verification solutions, today announced its partnership with Intelity®, the global travel industry's leading and award-winning integrated mobile and in-room technology provider, to offer secure identity verification via the Intelity platform. Originally integrated with the KEYPR legacy platform, the Acuant partnership will also extend to the Intelity platform, due to the recent completion of the merger between KEYPR and Intelity. Intelity hotel partners can now offer guests a remote identity check as part of the existing mobile check-in process to further streamline the guest experience.

Acuant's AssureID provides instant ID authentication and verification throug the Intelity mobile guest apps, as well as the mobile SDK. Guests will be able to submit their ID for verification during remote check-in. Upon confirming their identity, guests can activate their digital key and upgrade rooms, simplifying the check-in process for front desk staff and improving seamless guest-to-room flow.
