Mr. Robinson brings more than 20 years of HCM experience to the Humanity team, including previous positions as Principal Solutions Consultant on Workday's large enterprise sales team and managing a team of solutions consultants at SAP SuccessFactors. In his new role as Vice President of Solutions Engineering, Mr. Robinson will be responsible for leading enterprise solutions development and implementation, driving new customer channls, expanding strategic partnerships, and will play a key role in assisting the customization and integration of Humanity's robust scheduling platform into large enterprises with existing HCM platforms.

Mr. Luneski brings extensive global expertise in human computer interaction to his new role as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Luneski will spearhead product development projects leveraging analytics and integrating new predictive technologies focused on improving operations, communications and employee engagement. Previously, Mr. Luneski served as Director of Engineering at Arbor Education Partners and as a management board member at Balkan Security Network. Mr. Luneski is a recognized leader in human computer interaction and information systems academics who led a team of programmers in the development of the Metropolitan University information system. He lectures regularly on topics including databases, human computer interaction, software engineering, software development, and IT project management.

Mr. Orlando is an innovative marketing leader with over 20 years of experience—including the last 18 successfully launching and marketing SaaS and Cloud solutions. As Humanity continues to expand its customer-driven product development of next-generation technologies and enters a new period of growth, strategic marketing and communications will play an even greater role in supporting customer needs.
