She is responsible for new business development as well as relationship management with registered investment advisors, regional banks, broker-dealer advisors, family offices, and institutional consultants in Northern California, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Shuler joins the Harbor team from Blue Owl Capital where she served as the Vice President of the Pacific Northwest region. Previously, she has worked for a number of notable firms including Manulife, PGIM, RiverSource, and Neuberger Berman. She brings over 15 years of experience in a broad array of investment vehicles. Shuler is especially knowledgeable in mutual funds, private equity, and private redit with an emphasis on meeting client investment objectives while building meaningful relationships.
