Ecoplant Appoints New Executive Director
Ecoplant, a leading provider of industrial IoT solutions for optimizing compressed air systems, announces the appointment of Avinoam Nowogrodski as an Executive Director. Avinoam brings with him over 20 years of experience in business management to Ecoplant's advisory board, as well as a great track record in B2B sales, and engineering. He will oversee all scalability efforts, including compliance, funding, and market penetration.
Before joining Ecoplant, Avinoam founded two tech companies, SmarTeam and Clarizen, which experienced successful exits. He also founded Inflowz, an AI-based sales intelligence platform which is in the process of being sold. The insight and expertise he gained in those positions formed his vision of bringing collaborative project management to every business. Avinoam is an angel investor in start-ups, consulant to investors, and advisor to companies on scalability. He holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
"We are pleased to welcome Avinoam to the Ecoplant advisory board, and especially value his unique set of skills and experiences," says Aviran Yaacov, the CEO of Ecoplant. "He is joining Ecoplant at an exciting time as we drive our expansion efforts to fulfill our mission of driving value and profitability for manufacturers, while reducing energy waste for the environment."
"Ecoplant is an excellent company that focuses on impact, and it is an honor to join its advisory board," says Avinoam. "I'm looking forward to accelerating the pace in driving that impact in the post-pandemic world, as environmental sustainability is needed now more than ever."
Ecoplant has developed a SaaS (News - Alert) solution that connects to air compressors' controllers and property sensors to monitor and continuously optimize the entire system. Using predictive AI algorithms, Ecoplant conducts ongoing energy surveys and dynamically controls each compressor and the whole system, to significantly reduce energy waste, increase reliability, and optimize maintenance. This enables continuous savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. Ecoplant's proprietary algorithms can also be applied in settings such as hospitals and commercial buildings, as well as critical infrastructure equipment like pumps and chillers. www.ecoplant.co
