Broadview's OfficeSuite Reports Milestone Achieved

Jan 10, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Broadview Networks, a provider of hosted voice, data and cloud computing solutions, said it has achieved a milestone this week, surpassing 100,000 OfficeSuite stations deployed nationwide.

According to a release, Broadview's OfficeSuite is a cloud-based phone solution that provides businesses of any size with an IP-based phone system, unlimited nationwide calling and a website for updates. It delivers a complete communication solution with IP phones, basic and advanced features, and call center applications--all without any capital investment, maintenance contracts or additional IT resources.

"We are thrilled to surpass 100,000 stations. The key to OfficeSuite's success is two-fold; it is highly scalable and, therefore, able to meet a wide variety of customer needs and it is incredibly easy for companies to use," said Chief Operating Officer Brian Crotty. "Because it is so user-friendly, organizations can easily make the transition to OfficeSuite to help meet their strategic business objectives, such as increasing profitability and productivity, all while reducing risk." In an effort to aid the transition to a cloud-based system and provide the best service to customers, Broadview said, it has deployed a new interactive website dedicated solely to its OfficeSuite solution. The site was designed with the customer in mind to be a simple-to-navigate online resource center. Users can watch demonstrations, chat live with OfficeSuite experts, request a quote and compare their current services.

Each new OfficeSuite customer is also assigned a dedicated project manager who coordinates the changeover to the new system and is available to answer questions. The project manager assists with order processing, design, installation and activation and provides tailored training on OfficeSuite's functions and features.

"This milestone also demonstrates the enthusiastic adoption of cloud-based phone systems and cloud computing services," said Crotty. "It's an exciting time for our industry and we look forward to contributing further to the progression of business communications technology."
