Blackhawk Network Announces Director Resignation

PLEASANTON, Calif., Oct. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc., a global financial technology company and a leader in connecting brands and people through branded value solutions, today announced that Jeffrey Fox has tendered his resignation as a director on the Board of Directors of Blackhawk effective on October 4, 2017, due to other commitments, including his recent appointment as CEO of Endurance International Group. Mr. Fox's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Board or Blackhawk.
