Black Diamond Group Limited Announces November DividendCALGARY, ALBERTA, Nov 16, 2012 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond") (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of November of $0.06 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on December 17, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2012. The ex-dividend date is November 28, 2012. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
