Advanced 365 wins Cisco accreditation for fourth year; Customers voice 100% loyalty to Advanced 365's sales support

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Leading unified communications provider, Advanced 365 (Advanced) has secured a Cisco Advanced Unified Communications (AUC) Specialisation for the fourth year running. Renewal of the accreditation further embeds Advanced's position as a market leader in providing managed services and converged voice and data networks.

Neil Cross, Managing Director, Advanced 365 explains, "This accreditation indicates the importance and dedication Advanced's team places on collaborative technologies and shows that we are once again demonstrating our expertise in the deployment and integration of Cisco's suite of unified communications products." "Accreditation by our partners at the highest level is vital for Advanced as we continue to enable businesses to communicate and collaborate more effectively with unified communications, helping them to dramatically improve performance." The accreditation is given to companies which prove expertise in Cisco unified communications solutions and enables Advanced's customers to benefit from highly competitive pricing of Cisco products.Customers also gave Advanced their seal of approval in a recent Cisco bi-annual survey. Loyalty to Advanced was rated at 100%, while pre-sales and post-sales support was scored at 4.63 out of 5.

Advanced's recent successes have included the implementation of a new UC Solution based on Systems Initiation Protocol (SIP) for one of the UK's leading stockbroking and investment management groups. Charles Stanley & Co. Ltd saved more than 100,000 in line rental alone after the Advanced investment.

Advanced, which designs, deploys, operates and improves IT services from the desktop to the data centre, lists the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Notting Hill Housing Trust, Cazenove and ColArt, the world's leader supplier of colour and art material among its customer base.

To meet Cisco's rigorous AUC specialisation criteria, Advanced's voice team had to pass multiple technical exams. The voice team is responsible for all aspects of SIP-based telephony and their integration with customers' systems and networks.
