  2. Take breaks in between the screen time. Don't constantly stare into the screen. Take a break every 20 minutes and look around and relax your eyes.
  3. Maintain proper posture while working on a computer. Sit straight and keep the laptop at eye level. Don't lean too close to the screen.
  4. Work in good light conditions. Working in dim light will strain your eyes more.
  5. Put eye drops in your eyes to lubricate them.
  6. Blink often to activate your tear glands.
  7. Use a humidifier in the office to keep the atmosphere less dry.
