OnSIP, a cloud PBX (News - Alert) provider, has just appointed two new executives to its management team.  Nicole Hayward will take over as Chief Marketing Officer, and Helene Kidary will act as Vice President Channel Sales.

Both women bring substantive industry experience to their respective roles. Hayward joined OnSIP six years ago and helmed the successful OnSIP rebranding of 2012. Under her employment, OnSIP has garnered a series of awards, including three American Business (Stevie) Awards for 2012, 2013, and 2015.

Kidary is moving from VoIPX International Inc., where she was Executive Vice President. She has 20 years’ experience in the telecom and technology industry, including tenures at Tandem Transit (News - Alert) LLC, Gorilla Mobile, Telco Group, and more. Kidary founded VOX Group International and acted as CEO before the company was acquired in 2012.

Both women also hold positions for Women in the Channel (WiC), a not-for-profit that supports women in the telecom and data sectors. Kidary joined last year as Chair of the Membership Committee, while Hayward has chaired the Technology Committee since 2013.

WiC’s mission is clearly important to OnSIP. The company brought Hayward and CEO Michael Oeth (News - Alert) to last year’s CVx ChannelVision Expo in Anaheim, CA, where the pair participated in the panel “Gender Diversity Pays Off: Grow Your Business with Female Leadership.”

In the announcement, Oeth commented, “OnSIP is very excited to announce Nicole’s promotion and Helene’s hiring. OnSIP has had a long relationship with Women in the Channel, of which both Nicole and Helene are members. We are proud to showcase such accomplished women in high level executive roles within our company.”
