Radish ChoiceView Give-Away Contest Coincides with ITEXPO Miami 2013

Radish Systems (News - Alert), a provider of voice/data mobility solutions for customer support, announced the ChoiceView Give-Away Contest, open to all businesses looking for way to enhance support transactions with mobile customers. As the name of the contest suggests, the contest winner will be given a free ChoiceView Live Agent or Visual IVR deployment — limited up to five agents or IVR ports — with a full year of service.

This contest coincides with Radish's participation in the ITEXPO (News - Alert) Miami 2013 conference, which takes place this week — January 30 to February 1 — at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Florida. The company's CEO, Theresa Szczurek, will be speaking three times at ITEXPO, teaching attendees how to transform self service voice-only interactive voice response systems into next generation Visual IVRs, as well as how to enhance live assistance to next generation "voice and visuals" mobile transactions.

The first presentation — entitled "Contact Center Customer Experience: More than 'Can You Hear Me Now?'" — will occur January 30 at 9 a.m. in the Customer Experience Track. The second, "Communications Madness on the Move: Keeping up with the Mobility Trend," will take place in the Mobility Track at 2:30 p.m., January 30. Lastly, on January 31 at 1:30 p.m. in the Mobility Track, Szczurek will speak about "Voice-Enabled Applications: The Next Great Mobile Opportunity."

Qualified businesses interested in entering the giveaway can go to the Contact Us section of the Radish Systems website or call Radish at 720-440-7560 and state that they are entering the contest. Alternatively, they can drop off a business card or contact information at one of Radish's ITEXPO presentations or give a business card directly to a Radish representative at ITEXPO.

In September, Radish Systems released the ChoiceView REST API for Visual IVR, which can help convert traditional IVRs from most system vendors into a next generation Visual IVR.
