pbxnsip IP PBX Now Interoperable with Sheeva Plug

Mass.-based provider of SIP-based IP PBX software for Microsoft Windows, MAC and Linux, pbxnsip (News - Alert) is reportedly demonstrated the interoperability of its SIP-based IP-PBX with the Sheeva Plug product at the CES (News - Alert) in early January.
Sheeva Plug deals in reliable compact server based applications for the SMB and small user market. pbxnsip uses its own next generation technology to efficiently run on Sheeva Plug.
pbxnsip and Sheeva Plug together will prove to be a robust solution for the 1-20 users for migrating to an economical and efficient plug based solution, gaining flexible integration options, and eliminating the need to purchase and maintain expensive, dedicated failover hardware.
According to Kevin Moroz (News - Alert), chief operating officer at pbxsnip, the Sheeva Plug success so far has been unbelievable and the company has exceeded expectations in the hardware field with this powerful little tool.
“It’s been surprising to me, to see the growth of pbxnsip in such an economic climate as we are seeing,” Moroz said. “Maybe this is because we are extremely focused on leading the IP PBX (News - Alert) market in 2009 and with professional services supporting our customers and developing products that can work with companies such as Sheeva Plug we will be much better equipped to handle the next steps of our plans to expand into other areas in 2010!”
