2021 Voice Technology Excellence Award

CUSTOMER magazine's Voice Technology Excellence Award recognizes solutions that are driving success and improving the bottom line for their customers.

These include, but are not limited to, speech and analytics engines, IVR and self-service solutions, headphones, and voice-activated applications and services that maximize on NLP, NLU, NLG and AI.

Voice application software and solutions for all markets will be considered. For example:

  • Voice assistants
  • Healthcare
  • Transcription
  • Security/voice biometry
  • Voice quality

Vendors whose solutions have exhibited quantifiable excellence, industry thought leadership, and market innovation over the past year are encouraged to apply.

On your application, please provide information that assists CUSTOMER editors and judges to evaluate your solutions:

  1. What is your target market (enterprise, service providers, Fortune 500, SOHO)
  2. What are the specific unique or distinctive features about your product or service?
  3. Please list a customer case study/reference client that has deployed your solution. Include as much information as possible, including company, contact name, and website - and reasons for the success of the deployment. (Applications with only the company name will be accepted but detailed contact information is preferred. References are held strictly confidential. TMC will not disclose any customers without expressed permission. Customer references are not required in order to win.)

As a solutions-level award, you may submit only one product per application form. Multiple entries from a single company are permitted.
