TDI's Solutions Certified by NEC Under UNIVERGE Program

TDI (News - Alert) has announced that the Encore Enterprise, Encore Express, and Encore Small Business call recording and quality monitoring family of solutions have been certified by NEC (News - Alert) as part of its UNIVERGE Solutions Partner Program.



 
The certification allows all three call recording and quality management solutions to work with NEC's UNIVERGE product line, including the SV8100, SV8300, and SV8500 communications servers.
 
TDI officials inform that Encore is also certified on the NEAX 2400 IPX, NEAX 2000 IPS, and UNIVERGE SV7000 NEC platforms.
 
The Encore Suite from TDI maximizes the productivity of a contact center's workforce via integrated voice and screen recording, quality management, coaching, and its Portfolio reporting and distribution package.
 
NEC resellers and their mutual customers now have a scalable and flexible call recording and quality monitoring solution that meets their unique business needs. The solution will also help them to improve agent, supervisor, and customer satisfaction and productivity.
 
Encore Enterprise includes voice and screen recording, quality management, coaching, and a reporting and business intelligence solution. The Encore Small Business System and Encore Express include the same technology as Encore Enterprise but in a package that is scaled to fit smaller operations (48 ports and 24 ports, respectively).
 
Jay Krauser, general manager, Core Solutions at NEC Unified Solutions commented, “With the entire Encore product line earning NEC certification, our customers now have three reliable deployment options that interoperate with NEC's solutions to meet their specific needs."
 
TDI helps companies increase revenues and develop their workforce. The company recently completed technology integrations with Cisco, Mitel/Inter-Tel (News - Alert), and ShoreTel to ensure seamless interoperability between TDI’s solutions. The integration is also expected to enable their joint customers to enhance customer experiences.
