Cleveland- Based Evolution Capital Partners Implements Navatar Private Equity CRM

Redefining the techniques to manage funds, deals and portfolios, Navatar Private Equity CRM has bagged yet another new customer. This time it’s a Cleveland-based small business private equity firm, Evolution Capital Partners.




As a premier cloud provider for financial services, Navatar (News - Alert) Group has integrated salesforce.com's cloud into its Private Equity CRM customer relationship management solution. This cloud-based CRM solution is also integrated with Navatar Deal Connect completely.

Precisely, the Navatar Private Equity CRM is built on Force.com, a cloud computing Platform-as-a-Service from salesforce.com, and is supported by Navatar’s Private Equity specialists. It runs entirely in salesforce.com's cloud and is available for a low monthly fee.

Apart from manage fund lifecycle for private equity firms, the Navatar Private Equity CRM also provides these firms with potential investors for a fund; tracks investor commitments; manages co-investments; identifies correspondence for each fund; stays connected; manages capital calls and distributions; completely integrates with MS Outlook; and more.

In addition, the Navatar Private Equity CRM does not require any additional license purchases from salesforce.com. Navatar will provide all implementation services, accounts/contacts migration, training, maintenance and premium support free of charge.

The Navatar Deal Connect, which is integrated into Navatar Private Equity CRM, is a global online marketplace for collaborating on middle market transactions. It is completely free for any buyers, sellers and intermediaries.

Evolution Capital Partners, which recently migrated to Navatar Private Equity CRM to manage their opportunity pipeline and deploy funds most effectively, specializes in helping entrepreneurial businesses successfully navigate the critical transition through No Man's Land by providing the capital, management, infrastructure and other resources necessary to leverage the time and energy of the business owner. It has been able to generate an annual free cash flow of $500,000 to $2,000,000.
