VastEdge Unveils Unified Communication Services on Cloud Platform

Recently, VastEdge Inc., a provider of IT and online marketing solutions, announced that the company has extended its products for small, medium and large companies. The company has introduced unified communication services for these companies.




The VastEdge unified communication platform is offered along with UnifiedIP (UIP), which offers enterprise class voice, video, and data services for small and large firms in the U.S.

The company has partnered with UIP to offer its users with hosted PBX phone system, Cisco (News - Alert) unified PBX systems, virtual PBX systems, video conference bridges, SIP trunking, secure cloud server hosting, multilocation telepresence, point-to-point video communications, point-to-point data connections and much more.

One of the major advantages of the unified communication services is that they can be easily combined into any current application portfolio. This includes unified messaging, video conferencing, e-mail, telephony presence, SMS, Web conference and fax.

These services will be available 24x7 with the help of Internet or mobile network and they can also be configured in near real-time. This helps users to adapt to changing business needs. VastEdge & UIP unified communication platform assists users in reducing their TCO and enhance ROI, apart from offering wonderful features, simplified and flexible services. When compared to conventional phone systems, unified communication services considerably cut down the total business communication expenses by up to 70 percent.
