Unified Performance Management Provider Exinda Expands Channel Program
By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor
Exinda, a provider of next-generation WAN optimization solutions, application acceleration products and unified performance management solutions, has attained several new U.K. partners this year, after initially launching its partner program back in November. In fact within the last 12 weeks, 10 partners have either received the prestigious status of Exinda Platinum Partner or have become Exinda Gold partners.
"We're delighted by the numbers of resellers that have shown a desire to build successful business revenues around Exinda's innovative technology," Exinda's EMEA vice president of Sales, Adam Davison (News - Alert) said in a statement. "They are seeing the benefits wrapped around our next generation WAN optimization solutions, and using them as a means to make more out of their customer offerings. Our increasing momentum in the channel reflects the growing market demand for our solutions. Exinda partners are best placed to take advantage of a rapidly evolving market landscape for network visibility, control and optimization that is reeling from seismic shifts in cloud, SaaS (News - Alert), video and Web 2.0 application usage."
Stack Data Solutions Ltd., is one of six partners that have already received the Platinum status or are actively seeking the accreditation.
"We immediately saw the benefit of committing ourselves to become an Exinda Platinum Partner," Jeff Orr at Stack Data Solutions Ltd added. "Having a WAN optimization solution that gives our customers integrated monitoring, visibility and acceleration techniques on their core network is proving very popular as they seek ways to get more out of their existing infrastructure. By becoming a Platinum partner we now have the benefit of a highly differentiated market offering, greater margin retention and access to a range of technical, sales and go to market support services. We're genuinely looking forward to a prosperous and mutually beneficial relationship."
In other company news, TMCnet reported last month that Exinda was selected by the Eira High School to help improve control and visibility across the school’s IT infrastructure.
Located in Helsinki, Finland, the school’s Gigabit Ethernet network and 370 workstations were originally designed to only serve 2,500 students. As the student base continued to grow, the district was in search of a solution that could easily prioritize applications on its network, identify problem users and accelerate WAN performance.
The unified performance management solution from Exinda allowed Eira High School to leverage a solution that ensures that the network is secure, increases network efficiency, and quickly pinpoints when either a user or application is going over a preset bandwidth limit.
