NetQoS VoIP Management Expert to Speak at ITEXPO West

Covering new technologies and strategies to successfully manage unified communications, NetQoS (News - Alert) Inc. software architect for VoIP Jeff Hicks reportedly will participate in a panel discussion on “Network Management and QoS” at the Internet Telephony Conference & Expo West (ITEXPO (News - Alert) West).

The conference will be held from Sept. 16 to 18 in Los Angeles. Hicks’ particular presentation will be held at 10 a.m. on Sept. 17 in the Los Angeles Convention Center.
ITEXPO includes educational programs that teach enterprises, SMBs, and government agencies how to select and deploy IP-based voice, video, fax and unified communications.
At the event, service providers can learn how to provide services their subscribers are looking for, and profitably . The Exhibit Hall will showcase solutions for enterprises, SMBs, government and service providers. ITEXPO is where buyers, sellers, resellers, and manufacturers meet to forge relationships and close deals.
The topic, "Network Management & QoS," will cater to new technologies and strategies that are facilitating enterprises to unify and streamline the management of unified communications. When deploying and managing unified communications applications such as presence, SIP messaging, voice, and video across the enterprise, an optimal quality of experience needs to be achieved. Hicks will discuss key network performance considerations for achieving these goals.
