BroadSoft Participates in SIP Trunking Workshops at ITEXPO

BroadSoft ( News - Alert), Inc., a provider of VoIP  application software, is presenting and moderating discussions in the Ingate SIP (Session Initiation Protocol ( News - Alert)) Trunking workshop series during INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO East 2008. The show is taking place this week in Miami, Florida.
BroadSoft delivers VoIP application software that helps companies effectively offer hosted telephony and multimedia services. The company’s flagship BroadWorks technology enables wireless, wireline and cable carriers to provide customers with next-generation voice, multimedia applications and advanced features. These services offer an increase in revenue, and also enhance competitive differentiation and improve customer satisfaction.
The workshops in question are designed to will offer useful information on choosing and implementing IP-based voice, video, fax and unified communications.
Participants from BroadSoft for the workshop series are: Curtis Hartmann ( News - Alert), Director of Product Management and Mark Enstrom, Product Manager. Enstrom will also be speaking at the SIP  Forum's SIPconnect workshop, "Lessons Learned from Implementing SIPconnect," scheduled for Friday, Jan. 25.
“BroadSoft participates in these events to promote the adoption of SIP as the standard in voice communications,” said Enstrom, who was recently named to the SIP Forum ( News - Alert) Board of Directors. “ITEXPO is a place where service providers and enterprises come to learn more about services that subscribers want.
