-Support for IP based conferencing
- A new CTI Link to allow developers to add CTI to their voice solutions
-Increased support for IP media and SS7 boards
"The expanded capabilities the we've included in Envox CTADE 9.2 ensure that all developers, including those working with Microsoft .NET, can drastically lower the cost and decrease the effort needed to create cutting edge voice solutions, such as IVR and contact center solutions, speech-enabled self service solutions, and unified communication solutions," commented Mark D. Flanagan, president and CEO of Envox Worldwide in a statement to the press.
The editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine honored Envox Worldwide recently for their Envox 6.3 offering with a 2006 Product of the Year award.
The solution reduces the time and complexity associated with creating voice solutions and is an open, standards-based communications development platform. The solution helps legacy systems and new voice solutions come together via a smooth migration to next generation services.
“INTERNET TELEPHONY’s Product of the Year Award is a further confirmation that Envox 6.3 is the right choice for enterprises and service providers developing next-generation voice solutions such as IP-based interactive voice response solutions or IP contact centers,” Flanagan commented in a statement.
The company also recently received recognition from Gartner as they were positioned in the Visionaries Quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals, 2006 report.
“We believe Envox’s positioning in this report is a confirmation that our vision for the industry is on track,” Flanagan also commented.
