Mitel and Iwatsu Among Presenters of Disaster Preparedness Panel at ITEXPO
By Mae Kowalke, TMCnet Associate Editor
Tornadoes. Earthquakes. Hurricanes. Volcanoes. Snowstorms. Vandalism. Fires. If your heart beats faster just thinking about how your business would fare if one of these disasters hit, consider this: advanced planning can help ensure that your business continues running as normal even if communications and other vital systems go down.
Among the presenters of the session—scheduled for 3:45-4:30 p.m. on January 24—are Simon Gwatkin, Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Mitel ( News - Alert) and Don Gant, Vice President of Business Development and Channel Marketing at Iwatsu.
Gwatkin, Gant and the other panelists will focus on what the owner of a company needs to know to prepare for service disruptions associated with events beyond one’s control. How do you keep your lights on, your phones operational, and your business connected? These and other questions will be answered.
Bring your questions to this panel, and come away prepared to effectively plan for the day when disaster strikes.
ITEXPO attendees interested in learning more about disaster preparedness are encouraged to visit Iwatsu’s booth, #917, at the show. Even more information is available on Iwatsu’s TMCnet.com channel, Unified Communications.
