Bradon Offers Tools Aimed at SMB Mobile Meeting Needs

By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing Editor

If you’re a small business looking to use mobile technology to enhance your operations you face a growing array of application options. It can be difficult to determine what will work best – especially if, like most small businesses, you have limited tech capabilities.

Mobile applications spending is rapidly growing for small businesses defined as less than 100 employees, increasing from $241.8 million in 2008 to a projected $616.5 million market by 2012 – a compound annual growth rate of more than 20 percent – according to market research firm Compass (News - Alert) Intelligence.

“Employees and executives in small businesses are some of the most mobile workers on the planet, with their mobile work requirements rising each year,” said Kneko Burney, president of Compass Intelligence.

Web meeting provider Bradon Technologies sells online meeting tools and technology, which in this era of expanded mobile are becoming almost essential technology. By combining group VoIP quality with online collaboration software, Bradon is offering the sort of online communications small businesses need, especially Web meeting technology.

The company has demonstrated products and services to transport voice data via the Internet to improve voice quality and call reliability: “This level of innovation is changing the face of online communications and it is this vision that is quickly earning Bradon a reputation as an elite provider of online communications technology and tools,” company officials say, if they do say so themselves.

Bradon’s flagship product, SAViiDesk provides a way to get real-time Software-as-a-Service collaboration via the Internet that lets companies hold Web meetings and conferences with an unlimited number of users located throughout the world using their computers, BlackBerrys or Windows Mobile smartphones.

SAViiDesk relies on VoIP, company officials explain “enabling participants to be free of the constraints of a traditional telephone and actively participate in Web meetings.” The tool’s ability to manage voice-based collaboration via the Internet is intended to provide higher quality and more flexible Web meetings and conferencing: “This includes highly sophisticated instantaneous archiving of the conference call so participants have a range of options to later revisit the entire conference.”
