The switch offers data and power to up to 24 802.3af and/or 802.3at compliant devices such as VoIP phones, IP cameras, and wireless access points.

Two small form-factor pluggable GBIC module slots provide fiber connectivity for greater distances.  The user, with the help of an overall switch PoE budget of 190 Watts is provided more flexibility in customizing their network. The Web-based management function also allows the user to be in full control over their network.

The 16-Port PoE Web-Managed Rackmount Gigabit Switch has eight fewer ports than the flagship model, but it provides the same level of network performance and the same massive PoE budget of 190 Watts.
