NetSapiens (News - Alert), a provider of VoIP solutions for communications providers, announced that One Source (News - Alert) Networks (OSN), a facilities-based carrier agnostic communications solutions provider serving the Fortune 1000 enterprise market, has successfully deployed NetSapiens' SNAPsolution platform.
The SNAPsolution delivers scalable and reliable next-generation VoIP solutions to OSN's enterprise customers who rely on OSN to deliver custom, cutting-edge network solutions, company officials said. The partnership enables OSN to deliver a flexible, cloud-based, customizable platform that can support the unique business requirements of its customers and end users.
The partnership is beneficial to NetSapiens also, as it gives the company an opportunity to expand its VoIP solutions across the enterprise space. This deal, according to company CEO and Co-Founder Anand Buch, validates the applicability of their VoIP solutions into a wide-range of markets, such as the Fortune 1000 enterprise space.
"One of NetSapiens' key differentiators in the marketplace is that our architecture and business model allows us to work on an individualized basis with customers to design the most efficient and seamless network based on the service provider's and end-users' business needs," Buch added in a press release.
One Source Networks (News - Alert) utilizes NetSapiens' SNAPsolution to power a hybrid of cloud-based and premise-based solutions that work together to meet the highest level of requirements put forth by enterprise customers.
The SNAPsolution combines a number of service delivery components critical to the OSN VoIP infrastructure, such as accounting, provisioning, and call switching to enable OSN's end-user applications such as unified communications, virtual PBX (News - Alert), conferencing and enhanced call center solutions.
"OSN selected NetSapiens' platform based on its ability to allow us to create additional valuable solutions for our customers, as well as its next-generation technology, flexibility, reliability, and cost structure," said Gina Nomellini, chief marketing officer of One Source Networks, in a statement.
NetSapiens’ VoIP solutions have enabled OSN to offer their customers a seamless package with next-generation networking, international capabilities and full mobility, Nomellini added. It also gives OSN the ability to customize the client’s VoIP networks based on their individual business structure.
Recently, NetSapiens announced the launch of a new certification program that allows organizations to offer NetSapiens’ SNAPstart solution as a cloud service. With the SNAPstart Certified Service Cloud Program (CSCP), NetSapiens can easily identify organizations that have the resources and expertise needed to provide hosting and fulfillment services.
