ITEXPO: Sangoma Helps inConcert Improve Outbound Calling

At ITEXPO East 2010 happening in Miami, FL, an Ontario-based provider of IP telephony hardware and software solutions has announced its NetBorder Call Analyzer was integrated with inConcert’s Predictive Dialing System to improve productivity and efficiency of outbound calling campaigns.

 
According to officials with Sangoma Technologies (News - Alert) Corporation, the inclusion of Sangoma’s NetBorder Analyzer offers “the world's most advanced Call Progress Analysis,” so call center agents can improve performance and customers can reach new heights in automation with outbound calls.
 
Bill Winkler, vice president of R&D at inConcert said, 'After investigating several options, we selected Sangoma's NetBorder Call Analyzer for its impressive accuracy and ability to meet regulations in some of the most stringent networks and regions.'
 
'The fact that the solution is based on SIP architecture was also a key factor in our decision. This approach fits perfectly with our own products and strategy going forward,” Winkler said.

 
With Call Progress Analysis, it is possible to quickly, and automatically detect if a call is connected to a live person, voicemail system, fax machine or some other type of device.
 
The NetBorder Call Analyzer Call Progress Analysis is a key solution of businesses looking to save on costs by making the best use of agent time and system resources at all times.
