It’s only the first day of ITEXPO, and already there’s some big news coming from the companies exhibiting at the conference. beroNet GmbH, a German manufacturer of cloud-managed VoIP gateways and other hardware, just announced that it has partnered with Florida distributor USA VoIP.

USA VoIP is beroNet’s first distribution partner serving the U.S. and LATAM markets. This move is directly in line with beroNet’s mission to grow the VoIP gateways market. Together, the two companies will hopefully be able to bring the next generation of VoIP gateways to both North and South America.

According to Christian Richer, CEO at beroNet, the company chose to partner with USA VoIP because they have similar missions. “USA VoIP is the ideal partner to bring beroNet products over the Atlantic,” Richer said. “With their presence and stock locations both in Europe and the United States, they are uniquely situated to provide beroNet technology throughout the Americas.”

Both companies are focused on providing modern VoIP technology for the cloud age. Now that they have come together, USA VoIP will supplement beroNet technical support by providing beroNet support services to the Americas. This is an important undertaking because, due to the time difference, it will ensure that beroNet IT and telecommunications partners in the U.S. will be able to connect with support agents even when beroNet offices are closed.

It’s plain to see why this was a good choice for beroNet—the partnership will expand its presence and help it reach its goal of growing the VoIP gateways and more general VoIP markets. However, according to Nacho Cabrera, CEO at USA VoIP, this was also an easy decision for USA VoIP to make as well. “beroNet has been frequently requested by many of our customers and we are very pleased to include this powerful brand on our portfolio,” Cabrera said. “Its new all-in-one gateways offer interesting benefits thanks to its wide range of possibilities: Server with 3cx/asterisk through internal virtual machine plus a Gateway (News - Alert). We are covering a gap with an agreement we expect to last for years.”
