Newfound and Merrill Sign Agreement, to Integrate Call Recording, IVR and VoiceXML Solutions

Newfound Communications (News - Alert), a leading provider of call recording, IVR, VoiceXML and dialing solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced a strategic reseller partnership with Merrill & Associates, a full-service technology consultancy based in California and Nevada.

Under the agreement terms, Merrill & Associates will resell Newfound's full portfolio of solutions including IP Call Recorder, VXML Dialer and MediaMixer. Through this partnership, Merrill & Associates' customers will benefit by deploying cost-effective and reliable call recording and emergency notification products from Newfound.

According to Andy Sherman, Director of Sales & Marketing at Merrill & Associates, Newfound's suite of products will integrate smoothly with the solutions that Merrill is already providing.

"The partnership will enhance our ability to bring high quality recording and notification products to our clients as we continue to look for ways to enhance their call center environments. We are excited to begin this relationship and believe that the synergies between our companies will lead to success," Sherman said.

Merrill & Associates is a leading provider of end-to-end business communications solutions, including VoIP, unified communications, voice/data convergence, messaging solutions, video conferencing, contact center applications and network/carrier services.

In a similar development, Newfound Communications has entered into a strategic reseller partnership with AdvanTel Networks, a full-service, nationwide technology solutions provider.
