VoiceXML (News - Alert) provider, Interact Inc. now is certified interoperable with Broadvox’s GO! SIP Trunking product line.
Interact’s SPOT media platform, which recently received an award for product of the year from TMC’s Internet Telephony (News - Alert) magazine, completed all testing requirements under rigorous conditions and proved successful in all aspects.
Recently, the company released a tool that offers users security and testing capabilities in an easy-to-use system. With the SPOT Test Portal, VoiceXML users can to develop, test and debug voice applications while evaluating the SPOT media platform.
Keeping with tradition, the success of Broadvox’s (News - Alert) testing proves that the VoiceXML provider’s systems are – for lack of a more original word – secure.
According to company officials, the core SIP curriculum testing comprises over sixty separate elements involving key aspects of call processing including inbound and outbound transmissions.
“Interact is to be congratulated for the testing that was successfully completed under the exacting standards required by Broadvox engineers,” company officials said. “Together, Broadvox and Interact offer a high quality IP Communications solution for the worldwide market of small to medium sized, as well as enterprise class communication platforms.”
