Fusion Forges Ahead with Enhanced UCaaS Release

Fusion announced the arrival of the new and improved FusionWorks Pro UC, enhancing the cloud communication provider’s robust UCaaS platform and extending the functionality of the Fusion MobileConnect  UC solution.

Fusion’s new release boasts new conferencing and collaboration capabilities as well an intuitive softphone. The FusionWorks Pro UC introduces cloud-based voice, video, IM, conferencing and presence to the enterprise via a single, fully integrated platform. The SaaS-y solution can also be leveraged on a device of user’s choosing – iPhone, iPad, Android (News - Alert), Windows, Mac, etc.
