Dialogic (News - Alert), Incipio, and HOT TELECOM are collaborating with the UN’s ESBN Youth and Women Entrepreneurship taskforce. They’ll be providing sustainable business solutions for micro and small businesses in the Asia Pacific under Project KYSS, which stands for Kickstart Your Startup and SME Success Story.

Project KYSS is offers a unified communications platform from Dialogic called BUZZ. It supports audio and video calling and conferencing, and instant messaging. And it can used by people via desktop computers, mobile devices, and web clients.

Bill Crank, president and CEO of Dialogic, explained that BUZZ is a great fit for this engagement since its pricing and technology model is tailored for small business. BUZZ enables service providers to deliver a per-seat package combining connectivity and UCaaS, while maintaining an acceptable average margin per user, Dialogic explains. Dialogic BUZZ also has optional features like AI integration and machine learning-based fraud detection that offers service providers upsell opportunities.

“With a phased offering, businesses can add the services they need when they need them, while the financial interests of service providers are still preserved,” Crank says.

“I personally understand the challenges startups face accessing the right tools at an early stage,” said Miguel Lopes, vice president of product line management at Dialogic, which offers cloud-optimized applications and infrastructure solutions provider for service providers, enterprises, and developers. “I am incredibly excited that Dialogic is part of this initiative that will undoubtedly benefit small and medium businesses while creating a new opportunity for service providers. Real-time communications and collaboration are essential for any organization to thrive and grow.”

HOT TELECOM is a consulting company for international telecom community. Incipio (News - Alert) is a startup facilitator and accelerator in the communication technology, software, and service space.

Micro and small businesses represent 99 percent of all firms in the Asia Pacific. And the contribute half of the region’s gross domestic product.

“Service providers who take advantage of this program will reap many benefits,” said Isabelle Paradis, president of HOT TELECOM. “Not only will they have exciting services to address a new growing target market at minimal risk, but they will also have the power of our marketing services behind them. HOT TELECOM will not only promote the solution to the industry through articles, interviews, and market insight piece, but also provide startup insight and knowledge.”
