Dialpad Delivers More with Zendesk Integration

Today, cloud communications provider announced a full integration with Zendesk. Merging the DialPad platform and Zendesk tools create quite a combination. Available now in the Zendesk App Marketplace, the pairing promises a consistent, seamless customer experience.

The two pronged integration includes Dialpad telephony and call center applications as well as a built-in sidebar screen to enable faster dialing. Both integrations aim to support contact center operations, and moving forward will extend into the Dialpad mobile application. With the integration in place, customer calls and voicemails are automatically paired with customer data, in addition to the creation service tickets.

Quickly approaching is ITEXPO 2018, and Dialpad is set to deliver attendees a double dose of cloud communications insight and analysis. Founder & CEO of Dialpad, Craig Walker will deliver a keynote presentation at 4:00pm on February 14th. The following day, Walker is joining Digium’s (News - Alert) Matthew Hilton, Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban and Mitel’s Daryl Reva on a panel moderated by IntelliCom Analytics’ (News - Alert) Frank Stinson where the group with delve into the question, “Is Cloud Inevitable in the Business Communications Ecosystem?”.
