Edgecore Networks Launches 2 New Offerings for its SD-WAN Product Line

To provide a better way for remote workers to connect to their applications and data, network solutions provider Edgecore Networks has added its latest SD-WAN products. The new SDW102 and SDW102-L offerings are designed to provide chain stores, small to medium-sized enterprises, and SOHOs with a way to address application performance issues for remote users. They enable the delivery of robust, secure, and adaptive network services on demand.

Both new offerings are easy to deploy, and they simplify networks while increasing reliability and application access.

Along with the launch of SDW102 and SDW102-L, Edgecore’s SD-WAN solution addresses customers of all sizes and in all verticals,” said TT Hsu, Vice President of Edgecore Networks.

With the Edgecore SDW series, businesses enjoy a simple path to SD-WAN through a plug-and-play, secure, agile and reliable mechanism, which delivers enterprise-grade services to remote sites and branches.

On top of traffic monitoring, the Edgecore centralized controller can also be used to set policies and prioritize and route network traffic. Available now, the SDW102 supports wired WAN and LAN and the SDW102-L provides optional 4G LTE Cat. 6 with a SIM slot.

Often, remote networking solutions entail more complexity than they should, along with extraneous costs. Edgecore is trying to reduce both cost and complexity with its new products.
