PBX On The Cloud Partners with DIDWW

PBX On The Cloud – a provider of cloud-based voice solutions in the United States and Latin America – has announced an extended partnership with DIDWW, a telecommunications provider, to offer increased value and functionality for its customers.

DIDWW uses a private network to deliver two-way VoIP and SMS communications.

PBX On The Cloud, which is part of Mexican IT solutions provider MIGESA, provides a range of voice services, including residential phone lines, hosted PBX solutions, and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Services for its customers.

DIDWW’s SIP trunking service and API-driven voice and messaging platform will enable the company to access its local, national, mobile, and toll-free virtual phone numbers in more than 80 countries and provide premium audio quality, unlimited call capacity, and high service reliability.

“We started working with DIDWW in 2017 due to their powerful solutions, including an easy-to-use online portal, broad geographic coverage, portability in most of the countries we operate, simple integration with our internal systems via their API services, and leading-edge technologies, like Microsoft Direct Routing services," said Nicolas Martinez, PBX On The Cloud General Manager.

“Our business with DIDWW has been constantly growing as a result, and they have become one of our strategic partners.”

Martinez also commented on the distinctly positive service attitude the company experienced working with the sales execs and tech support teams. This was right in line with the company’s own morals and standards as a Latin American company with customs and traditions that put customers at the front of all they do. The company said it knows all of its customers by name and offers personalized services in their languages.
