Various U.S. government departments are supported by Vyopta, a provider of digital user experience management for collaboration that achieved certification under the U.S. Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) in October 2021.

The agencies include the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Federal Reserve Bank, General Services Administration, Social Security Administration, U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Courts and the U.S. Senate.

With more than 16,000 employees, the U.S. Department of Labor is the latest government agency to adopt Vyopta’s technology. The Department of Labor’s mission is to foster, promote and develop the welfare of the wage earners, job seekers and retirees of the U.S. The department also wants to improve working conditions, advance opportunities for profitable employment and assure work-related benefits and rights.

“It’s an honor to provide the U.S. Department of Labor with a holistic view of their collaboration estate,” said Alfredo Ramirez, CEO of Vyopta.

Vyopta is transforming how IT and users in more than 20 industries worldwide prevent and resolve collaboration experience issues to make collaboration work from anywhere. With Vyopta, the Department of Labor will:

  • Avert UC disruptions.
  • Reduce troubleshooting times.
  • Diagnose issues accurately.
  • Detect and resolve systemic issues.
  • Improve adoption and user experience.
  • Optimize operational planning and ROI.
  • Optimize employee productivity, engagement and wellness with real-time user engagement and quality of experience intelligence.
“With many government employees working remotely as well as in different geographies, assuring best-in-class user experience by managing and optimizing collaboration technology performance is essential to workforce engagement, well-being and productivity,” said Ramirez.
