Martello, Mitel Agreement Supports Enterprise Unified Communications Experience

Martello Technologies Group Inc., a developer of enterprise digital experience monitoring solutions, announced that it entered into an amendment to its commercial agreement with key partner Mitel Networks Corp.


Martello, part of Microsoft’s managed partner program, is helping bridge the gap between traditional performance monitoring tools and the need for insight into the user experience of cloud services. Martello’s Microsoft-preferred solution, Vantage DX, gives more insight into Microsoft 365 and Teams performance and user experience by correlating data on network and application performance with insight into the user’s experience of the service.

Mitel, serving business users in more than 100 countries, help businesses and service providers connect, collaborate and provide innovative services to their customers. Mitel’s solutions will provide businesses with next-gen apps for better customer experience as well as migration to the cloud to increase productivity and drive down costs. Business users will have new ways to work and support employees to call and video chat securely while staying connected whether working in the office or at home.

Martello has worked with Mitel for more than 10 years, providing its performance analytics software for Mitel’s enterprise customers and partners. The original agreement dates back to March 2012 with subsequent amendments over the last decade. Updating a previous amendment with Mitel signed in January 2019, the agreement applies to enterprise-wide Mitel sales of MPA.

“Together with Mitel, we have built a base of thousands of customers representing millions of users under management around the world, who rely on MPA to ensure that their communications systems work reliably no matter what is happening in the network infrastructure,” said John Proctor, president and CEO of Martello. “We’re pleased to extend this agreement and strengthen an important Martello business relationship.”

MPA sales will simplify the commercial licensing model to provide increased operational efficiency and ease for partners and customers, while increasing the contract term to three years with automatic two-year renewals, subject to certain conditions set out in the agreement. MPA is available as part of the Mitel Premium Software Assurance offering as well as the MiVoice Business Subscription and MiCloud Flex.
