TBI Adds SurgCX to Supplier Portfolio

Technology brokerage firm TBI announced the addition of SurgCX to its supplier portfolio to assist and compensate TBI’s partners on the hardware component of each cloud deployment, including UCaaS and data center service sales.

SurgCX provides a team of IT hardware experts for their clients to use at their disposal, while offloading low margin in hardware and low commission aspects of cloud deployment. Partners, in turn, will have more time to find the next high-margin service opportunity, which can result in higher commissions.

“By offloading their customers’ low-margin IT hardware requirements, TBI partners and agents now have more time in their day to focus on that all-important MRR business,” said SurgCX CEO Sean Dublin. “SurgCX receives the thousands of at-bats the TBI community provides, and SurgCX provides a clear path for their agents and partners to maximize every voice and data center service opportunity moving forward.”

SurgCX solutions will offer TBI’s partners new and refurbished voice hardware; new, refurbished and secondary market IT hardware; new data center hardware/data center equipment refresh; and voice and IT hardware buybacks.

“What makes SurgCX so exciting is not only can they offer phones and headsets that are proving difficult to source from other supplies due to global events, but they also offer a buy-back program,” said TBI Director of Solutions Engineering Joe Fizor. “This is something many partners will be able to leverage, especially when migrating customers to new telephony solutions."
