AudioCodes Now a Partner for Microsoft's Operator Connect Accelerator

Ever since the introduction of Microsoft’s Operator Connect offering last year, popularity of the operator-managed solution for PSTN connectivity has been growing steadily. For the millions of users already working with Microsoft Teams, it makes it even easier to deploy new numbers, add calling features and manage communications while maintaining existing operator contacts.

Now, communications software provider AudioCodes has announced it has been approved as a partner for Microsoft's Operator Connect Accelerator and will be added to the list of available operators.

As part of the approval, the company can now offer its white label, multi-tenant SaaS solution, AudioCodes Live Cloud, to service providers so they can sell voice services on the Microsoft Teams Operator Connect Marketplace.

This means service providers can rapidly onboard customers to Microsoft Teams voice services without the need for additional certification and verification approvals and it frees up operators to focus on go-to-market activities while reducing total cost of ownership.

With AudioCodes Live Cloud, service providers gain design flexibility and can choose between a managed solution that’s hosted in their own data center or the public cloud, or a completely SaaS offering. It includes their session border controllers (SBCs) that are certified by Microsoft for Direct Routing and Operator Connect.

For end customers, there is also an advanced, self-service user policy management portal for  increased automation and guaranteed SLAs.
