Telinta Announces Google Cloud Voicemail Transcription Integration

Cloud-based Switching and Billing solutions provider Telinta revealed today it has integrated Google Cloud’s voicemail transcription service for VoIP service providers.


Customers have never had more options when it comes to VoIP services, which means providers have an added responsibility of offering the most advanced and unique features to differentiate themselves from the leading competition. By offering Google’s voicemail transcription services, customers can now document missed calls, and have a detailed record of text to address the specific needs of callers without physically listening.

With this added feature, voicemails uploaded into Telinta’s softswitch platform can now be automatically transcribed and sent to end users through email for a low cost monthly fee. Users will also be able to translate calls in over 125 languages, offering support for a diverse and dispersed global customer base. This offering is available for Hosted PBX, SIP Trunks,Business and Residential VoIP, and for branded softphone applications.
