Broadvoice, MicroCorp Form Strategic Partnership for Cloud Communications Solutions

Unified communications provider Broadvoice has announced a new partnership with MicroCorp, the telecommunications and cloud service company, to combine resources and bring a wide range of customer service solutions to MicroCorp’s call center team.

The two companies have agreed to provide MicroCorp’s national sales agents with a variety of solutions from Broadvoice’s business suite. Customer service agents will now have access to features such as cloud PBX, UC, collaboration, virtual call center, SIP trunking and business texting.
