Fourteen IP Partners with CallCabinet for Hospitality Compliance Recording

If you’ve used the telephone or Internet at a hotel, chances are you’ve used a system implemented by Fourteen IP. The company is a systems integrator to the hospitality industry, providing both cloud-based and on-premises telephone systems, guest engagement and both fixed and wireless guest Internet access solutions. Fourteen IP connects to hundreds of thousands of guest rooms using their Evolution Voice platform in over twenty countries, providing internet access, hotel telephony, conferencing and entertainment solutions. Now, the company has formed a strategic partnership with CallCabinet, makers of the Atmos call recording and analytics cloud platform. Atmos will provide compliance recording inside each of Fourteen IP’s globally deployed Evolution Voice Cloud PBXs. The Atmos network is natively developed for the cloud to be a secure and compliant multi-platform, multi-tenant, carrier-grade solution that is telephone system/platform agnostic.

The flexibility of CallCabinet’s subscription model makes it an attractive feature for hospitality businesses wanting to take advantage of speech analytics, noted Burgess. The partnership will allow CallCabinet to bring its solution to a widespread array of customers in the hospitality industry.
