Voice services lay the foundation for a productive business. Whether it’s addressing customer queries in the contact center or the afternoon call with a possible client, voice provides a channel to boost the bottom-line in a bevy of ways.

This week, Voxbone gave its two-way phone service customers free calls between Voxbone numbers. The voice and messaging provider zero-rate voice services include toll-free, mobile and local numbers on its global network.

The CaaS provider’s network currently supports telephony in over 9,000 area codes covering 60 countries. Touting a customer base that includes more than 80 percent of Gartner Magic Quadrant Leaders, Voxbone casts a wide shadow.

“Voxbone serves nearly all of the leading UC, UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS players, helping to connect millions of enterprise users to fixed and mobile telephony networks worldwide,” said Itay Rosenfeld, Voxbone CEO. “We believe that enabling zero-rate communications within this network will further boost the attractiveness of cloud communications. This creates a ‘super community’ of users and paves the way for many exciting services which we plan to deliver in the future.”

Recently, Voxbone unveiled AI-based Speech Analytics and recording service, and a week before that it was listed on the Inc. 500o list of fastest growing companies in Europe. Taking advantage of a growing demand for robust cloud communications services, it is positioning for a little bit of a market push.

The cloud is no passing fad, and those service providers capable of riding this wave of communications transformation will reap the reward.
