The transition from Public Switched Telephone Network PSTN to IP based unified communications is giving SMBs and enterprise business the ability to fully integrate many of the digital technologies and features available in the marketplace. A consortium of telecom executives have formed OTG Consulting to help organizations in this transition by bringing together service providers and technologies in an effort to provide a more efficient and cost effective resource. The latest company to become part of this organization is Access One, which just became a partner so it can offer cutting-edge communications solutions, including hosted PBX services.

With more than two decades of experience in providing innovative technology and communication services, Access One has built its business based on the belief business-critical infrastructure has to be reliable, cost-effective and streamlined to ensure maximum efficiency. According to the company, it creates products by developing custom tailored solutions to fit the budget and need of each organization with a portfolio of nationwide services.

Teaming up with OTG Consulting is going to allow Access One to introduce the product and services it offers to a wider customer base, which will extend the relationship they have as affiliates for the past 20 years.

Jeffrey Pearl, CEO of OTG Consulting, said, "I’ve known Brian Barkley (Access One’s CEO) for over 20 years. We are very excited about our partnership with Access One! OTG will offer our clients a complete end-to-end communications solution for both traditional and multimedia applications provided by Access One."

Access One provides cloud-based solutions, high-performance business applications, consultative sales engineers, white glove delivery of hosted PBX services and award-winning customer support. These solutions are delivered in a manner that are customizable to the needs of each customer, including the tools organizations need to migrate to IP-based communications, such as VoIP, SIP Trunking, managed IT and other business communications services.

The Access cloud hosted PBX gives its customers a wide range of local and hosted voice features and service options so businesses can communicate reliably without the large capital investment and maintenance fees associated with traditional on premises systems. The service Access One provides is delivered with a pay-as-you-go model and low upfront cost with set monthly expenses that doesn't require any premises-based equipment.

The platform also allows users for multiple device integration to manage calls anywhere there is an Internet connection with end-to-end secure and reliable solution that provides disaster recovery, in-network feature upgrades, tailored calling features to individuals and groups, as well as many of the traditional PBX features. This includes auto attendant, unified messaging, find-me follow-me, and call center functions, with a total of 50 features.
