CoreDial Releases App for Mobile Workforce

In today’s increasingly mobile world, it’s more important than ever to offer solutions that people can use on the go. In fact, industry analysts predict that the U.S. mobile workforce will increase from 96.2 million in 2015 to 105.4 million in 2020. That’s quite the leap, and not all industries are preparing properly for this change. Thanks to the new mobile app, all of those features are now available on the go. The app is designed to streamline communications and seamlessly help those working via mobile to stay connected. This new development allows CoreDial’s channel partners to continue offering their services, but in a more flexible way that has adapted to the changing workforce.

The mobile app works by essentially providing mobile workers with the same capabilities they would have in the office. So, their mobile phones basically become their office phones. They can make and receive calls using their business numbers and also have access to important features that are integral to business operations, such as one-click-to-join conference calls, extension dialing coworkers, accessing voicemail and personal and corporate phone directories, and the ability to manage virtual attendant setting.

Hopefully with CoreDial’s mobile app, mobile workers will feel empowered to continue working on the go and more companies can prepare for the coming change in workforce dynamic.
