The communication solutions an organization selects has to be flexible enough to adapt to the highly dynamic business environment of today. As business processes get more complex and continue to be integrated with IT and communications, companies that provide the hardware, software and support under one umbrella are increasingly becoming the preferred choice. Matrix Telecom Solutions was established in 1991 with that goal in mind, and a quarter of the century later it will showcasing its carrier grade telecom solutions in Dubai at the GITEX 2016.

Businesses small and large are now forced to operate in geographically dispersed locations around the world even if they don't have a presence there. This means deploying communication and IT solutions that are equally functional locally as well as internationally.

According to Matrix, the carrier grade telecom solutions it provides have been designed to support advanced applications, business mobility and the scalability needed to address future growth.

The VoIP-GSM Gateways are based on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) with streamlined communication with IP-PBX, TDM PBX, softswitch and hosted solutions for superior voice quality. The system has been designed with state of the art routing capabilities for many different vertical industries across public and private organizations that require high availability by providing disaster recovery, remote survivability, SIP trunking and GSM/3G internet access.

Two of the VoIP gateways Matrix provides include the SETU VoIP-GSM/3G and Eternity GE12S. They are both designed with full features for GSM and 3G SIM support, as well as an open standard SIP support so they can be easily connected with IP phone systems, software based IP-PBXs, hosted and SIP trunking services. The only difference is the SETU is a compact unit with up to 4/8 GSM/3G channels and the Eternity can support 40 channels.

Matrix will also be highlighting some of its other products at GITEX, including: the SARVAM UCS the unified communication server for modern enterprises; VARTA WIN200, a UC client for collaboration; the Matrix line of IP phones; and the ETERNITY IP-PBX line for the hospitality industry designed to address the communication needs of small and large hotels with 20 to 1,500 plus rooms.

"GITEX is one of the largest technology events in the Middle East region, bringing ICT professionals on a common platform. Matrix is participating in GITEX this year to showcase its latest Telecom solutions," said Ronak Sharma, Marketing Manager – Matrix Telecom Solutions.
