There are more communications options available for businesses today than any other time. This is allowing organizations to be more productive by being available at all times for their customers and employees. VoicePulse, a technology and communications company that provides advanced VoIP, SIP Trunking and Cloud PBX services to residential and business customers, just announced the VoicePulse for Business, a hosted PBX solution.

The company said it is making enterprise grade features available to its SMB customers without the enterprise cost. The new VoicePulse for Business is a fully managed and feature rich cloud PBX solution that will give SMBs access to new generation services without the capital expenditure of an on premises system.

The platform doesn’t require the purchase of any PBX hardware, and because it uses advanced VoIP technology, it has all the features that are essential in today’s communications environment. This includes advanced voicemail with redundant cloud storage, voicemail to email, and voicemail to SMS, as well as call center (Automatic Call Distribution) with assign and manage agents in call queues.

Some of the additional features of VoicePulse for Business are:

Find Me – A common feature that is important with a mobile and remote workforce. It provides multiple options to route calls to find you at several locations, including external extensions. Users can set different contact option that allow callers to announce themselves along with trying the remaining locations or leave a message.

IP Phones – The system is designed for easy integration with existing VoIP phones, it works with some of the leading brand of IP phone manufacturers, including Cisco, Polycom and Yealink.

Third Party Application Integration – Without third party integration capability communications solutions are limited. VoicePulse supports various Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook plugins.

Operator Console – Allows users via Web-based console to drag and drop calls. Making moving to and from extensions, conference bridges, call park lots and call center queues extremely user friendly.

“Our hosted PBX solution will work for any business or organization with virtually any type of infrastructure.Whether you have hundreds of remote employees or a mom and pop shop, we can implement an enterprise-class, future proof phone solution in the cloud that offers significant cost reduction,” said Ravi Sakaria, CEO and President.
