3Seventy will expand its services into the Canadian market in early first quarter of 2012. This announcement will allow Canadian businesses to reach their customers through mobile engagement, which 3Seventy notes, is quickly becoming the channel of choice for many.
3Seventy provides mobile customer relationship management solutions.
“We have a robust mobile SaaS (News - Alert) platform that has served global companies, including many top Fortune 1000 clients, for the past three years and believe an expansion to serve in the Canadian market makes the most sense strategically. In order to deliver the best experience possible, we have dedicated resources to researching and understanding the needs of the Canadian market, and have customized our technology to fit the needs of clients and consumers,” said Carrie Chitsey, CEO and founder of 3Seventy. “We are excited to be one of the first mobile CRM providers to bring an enterprise level of technology to the Canadian market to help businesses’ increase their marketing results and reduce operational costs.”
3Seventy’s expansion into the region follows a strategic partnership with InfoCision (News - Alert), a provider of high quality telemarketing and call center services in North America.
Both partners are currently working on mobile programs for several telecommunication, political, and direct response clients scheduled for launch in the first half of 2012.
Expecting Canada to be the next major market for mobile CRM, 3Seventy has already applied for and obtained a Canadian short code for SMS campaigns.
Also, the company has partnered with a major telecommunications provider in the region to provide long term mobile solutions to Canada’s biggest enterprise companies.
