ETI Software Solutions, a provider of billing and operational software solutions to telecommunications, broadband and satellite service providers worldwide, announced a partnership with Cycle30 offering billing services in North America, to provide end-to-end hosted billing solutions for mid-tier telecom, cable and utility operators in North America.

Cycle30 will use ETI (News - Alert) Software’s activation and provisioning solution Triad in its hosted platform. With this, Cycle30 plans to provide converged service operators a completely hosted, order-to-cash platform made up of top-tier, commercial software solutions, according to company officials.

According to Jim Dunlap, president of Cycle30, Triad uses one simple platform to easily integrate with all major billing systems right out of the box. It also connects with more next generation technologies than any of its competitors, including FTTH, IPTV (News - Alert) and HSD.

“Triad’s versatility offers a one-to-many functionality that is unique in the industry,” Pete Pifer, chairman and CEO of ETI Software Solutions, said. “It defeats swivel chair entry, lowers operating expenses and at the same time provides a solid return on investment because it grows with the technology deployments of its customers.”

With its operator heritage and experience from GCI (News - Alert), Cycle30 aims to bring a new level of customer service to the billing services industry. “Cycle30 is the only billing provider that understands the business from the operator’s point of view,” added Dunlap. “We are aligning with partners like ETI who understand our philosophy.”

Earlier in August, Cycle30 announced a partnership with TOA Technologies, a provider of Cloud-based mobile workforce management applications for large enterprises, to provide end-to-end solutions for managing cable systems, TMCnet reported.
