Intervoice Continues with Customer Wins- Secures $4.5 Million Dollar Contract

Just one day after announcing the expansion of a contract for their Media Exchange offering with a UK provider for $6.2 million, speech technologies provider Intervoice (News - Alert), announced today the signing of a $4.5 million contract to expand their relationship with a major U.S. telecommunications company as well.
 
As per the newly signed contract, Intervoice will provide the wireless telecommunications company with enhanced speech and voice portal solutions.
 
To help better address the needs of customers, Intervoice offers voice portal solutions that provide a more personalized experience for customers including speech technologies that help deliver self-service capabilities to meet the needs of all companies.
 
The solutions offer enterprises as well as service providers of both wireless and wireline services with increased personalization and a number of access possibilities for users.
 
Intervoice's Media Exchange offering also includes centralized reporting and analysis tools that help collect, aggregate, and generate call transaction data, traffic statistics, resource usage, and customer activity.  For mobile operators, the solution also provides the ability to analyze data and improve system efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase bottom-line profit.
