Intervoice Offers Their Expertise

Unified communications provider, Intervoice (News - Alert) announced today that the expertise of their team members will be highlighted at two separate conference events this week.
 
At one event, Intervoice will be on hand to provide hosted services commentary as Scot Manghillis, Managed Services Expert at Intervoice takes part in a key session at MSPAlliance's Spring Managed Services Conference MAY 10-11 in Orlando.
 
As part of his keynote, Manghillis will focus on service level agreements (SLAs) and the important role they play in negotiating an outsourcing contract. As a part of the "SLA- The Most Important Acronym in Outsourcing" session, he will also explain a process for developing a cohesive SLA.
 
At a separate event, The Technology Professional Services Association Summit, Intervoice's Matt Wallock, director of services business development, will lead a workshop session titled, " Growing the Deal: How to Qualify Service Opportunities."
 
This workshop will be focused on how professional services and their importance in the upfront sales processes and how to attain larger contracts and more satisfied customers.
 
Intervoice offers unified communications solutions that are scalable and switch-independent as well as professional services. The solutions power standards-based voice portals as well as multi-channel IP contact centers and next-generation mobile enhanced services.
