Business Communications Solutions (BCS) has added Worksmart, a product of PanTerra Networks, hosted VoIP
services to its selection of communications tools available at low cost.
Specifically designed for small- and medium-sized businesses, the Worksmart on-demand unified communications hosted VoIP
solution eliminates the need for silo on-premise systems and applications like PBXs, instant messaging servers, video and Web conferencing hardware, collaboration systems and even VoIP-enabled firewalls.
The BCS VoIP network offers the customers integrated voice, switchboard, call distribution, voicemail and messaging, with inbound Toll-free and worldwide outbound calling and 800 services. The company provides options such as advanced collaboration and call center support with integrated voice, Web, video and messaging.
BCS explains that their BCS VoIP network users purchase only phones and software, and have to pay a monthly fee for enterprise-grade voice quality and a reliable Internet connection. The small- and medium-sized businesses, especially those with remote offices, enjoy benefits such as reduced operating costs and improved productivity.
Reza Khorramian, BCS vice president, Sales said in a statement that Voice over IP
systems free up small businesses, especially those with five to 10 employees, and gives them ultimate freedom to navigate their own telephone systems without having to deal with phone companies, technicians or expensive and overwhelming equipment.
According to Khorramian, by adding this VoIP network, they are truly a one-stop-shop for all communication integration needs.
Business Communications Solutions (BCS) is a full-service telecommunications, data communications and installation company for Small to Medium Business (SMB).
